Clip Cuff Silver is an adjustable Deafmetal safety ring that opens and squeezes shut around the side of your ear. The Clip Cuff keeps hearing devices securely in place, no piercings required.

It can be used with or without a safety chain, depending on your hearing device. If your aid needs a safety chain, please choose ”Safety Ring + Chain Link” from the dropdown menu.

Hearing Aids & on-the-ear CI Processors - Choose ’Safety Ring' from the drop-down menu! It is attached to the aid with the Deafmetal Holster - Choose the color or your Holster (if you don't already have one)!

BAHA and Off-the-ear CI Processors (like Kanso, Rondo etc.) - Choose 'Safety Ring + Chain Link' from the drop-down menu! It is attached to the aid with another Deafmetal fastener - Choose the suitable jewelry Fastener for your hearing device and then choose your Safety Chain! Safety Chains sold separately.

Materials: Stainless steel. The inner diameter of the clip is adjustable from 10mm and wider. The height of the clip-cuff is 4mm and it's 1,5mm thick.

Deafmetal Fasteners (parts that attach Deafmetals to Hearing Aids /Cochlear Implants/ BAHAs) are not included in the price, so please remember to order yours separately. All Deafmetal jewelry is sold as a single piece, not in pairs, because many people only use one hearing device.
